For our Explorer range of sleeve cases we chose a rugged twill weave cotton canvas for the outer layer. This is an extremely durable and hard wearing natural material with outstanding wear resistance. The centre layer is a rigid but flexible foam with great impact absorbing properties. We chose to use our ultra soft fleece as the lining to add a pop of colour to the design.
